Yes. Deepr Convos answers in English or Spanish 24/7, with automatic language detection on inbound calls. Spanish is native Latin-American Spanish, not machine translation. Summaries are delivered in English for staff review by default.

Recording is optional. When enabled, Deepr Convos discloses recording to callers before capture and supports one-party and two-party consent flows; consent is logged with the call. Recording consent is governed by federal and state wiretap laws that vary by state, while the TCPA governs telemarketing and autodialed/prerecorded calls. Deepr Convos books consultations directly on Cal.com or Google Calendar. These are the calendar integrations available today. Additional CRM, case-management, and telephony integrations are on the roadmap and quoted per deployment; we don't claim specific integrations we haven't confirmed. Every call, text, booking, and note flows into the Deepr Convos Hub.

Plans start at $900/month. Final pricing depends on call volume, configuration, integrations, and support needs. The three published tiers are Intake Starter ($900+/mo), Intake Growth ($1,400+/mo), and Intake Pro ($1,900+/mo), including 300, 600, and 1,200 Sofia AI minutes per month respectively. Implementation starts at $1,500. Custom integrations are scoped and quoted separately. Custom plans are available for larger teams, multi-location operators, higher call volume, or custom workflows.

Not currently. Deepr Convos encrypts data in transit and at rest, but it is not independently certified to SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS. We make no healthcare or HIPAA claims. Customer conversations are handled according to our privacy policy, customer agreements, and vendor data-processing terms. Firms in regulated verticals should review data flow and subprocessors before deploying.

We don't use your conversations to train our own models. Conversations are processed by our AI infrastructure providers under commercial agreements.

Yes. Firms and businesses control the intake script, disclosures, qualification criteria, escalation rules, warm-transfer routing, and every downstream decision. Deepr Convos never acts outside the approved script.
