Convos is designed to be trusted with the first conversation.
AI disclosure, recording consent, encryption, human review, and clear scope limits. Firms and businesses stay in control of scripts, escalation, and every case or customer decision.
Callers know they are speaking with an AI intake agent.
Convos identifies itself as an AI intake agent at the start of every call by default, in the caller's language. Firms and businesses can customize the exact language to match local rules and their voice. See the full AI Disclosure policy for the current default wording.
TCPA-aligned recording and consent prompts.
Recording is optional and, when enabled, ships with TCPA-aligned consent prompts that support both one-party and two-party consent states. Firms select the flow that matches their jurisdiction. Recording is disclosed to callers before capture, and consent is logged with the call. See the SMS Consent policy for text-message equivalents.
Encryption, retention, and vendor data controls.
Customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Convos does not sell customer data. Retention is configurable, and deletion requests are honored on written request from the account owner.
Customer conversations are handled according to our privacy policy, customer agreements, and vendor data-processing terms. See our privacy policy and subprocessors list for details.
We don't use your conversations to train our own models. Conversations are processed by our AI infrastructure providers under commercial agreements.
Convos is not currently certified to SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS. We make no healthcare or HIPAA claims anywhere on the site. Firms operating in regulated verticals should review the current subprocessor list and data flow before deploying.
Convos captures intake. It does not give advice.
Convos runs your firm's or business's approved intake script. It qualifies leads, books appointments, warm-transfers urgent matters, and organizes captured context. Convos does not:
- Provide legal advice or opinion, or create an attorney-client relationship.
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
- Make eligibility, fault, coverage, or case-strength determinations.
- Take action outside the scope of the approved intake script.
Attorneys, licensed professionals, and account owners retain full control of scripts, disclosures, escalation rules, and every downstream decision.
A person is always in the loop where it matters.
Convos supports warm transfers to live staff during business hours for urgent matters — arrest, injury, VIP visitor, tenant escalation, safety issue. Escalation rules are configured per deployment. When live staff are not available, Convos captures the intake, promises a specific follow-up window, and routes the record to the Hub with an urgency flag so staff act first thing.
Honest posture beats fake badges.
Convos does not display security certifications it has not earned, does not claim compliance it cannot document, and does not publish customer logos or quotes without written permission. If a claim is not on this page or in a signed agreement, it is not a claim Convos is making.
