Terms and Conditions
Convos by Deepr Labs LLC Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Convos AI voice-and-text intake service and the website at convos.godeepr.ai (the "Service"), operated by Convos by Deepr Labs LLC ("Convos," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, visiting the website, or sending or receiving messages through the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
1. Relationship to customer agreements
If you are a law firm or other organization that has signed a separate written Service Agreement (or order) with Convos, that agreement governs your use of the Service and controls over any conflict with these Terms. These Terms apply to website visitors, to message recipients, and to any use of the Service not covered by a signed Service Agreement.
2. The Service
Convos provides a configurable AI intake assistant ("Convos") that answers inbound calls and texts for law firms, captures intake details, qualifies and routes inquiries according to the firm's configured criteria, and helps schedule consultations. Convos operates on the law firm's instructions and configuration. The Service is software; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent or received through the Service.
- Program name: Convos by Deepr Labs — Law Firm Intake Messaging.
- Program description: Conversational, service-related text messages on behalf of participating law firms — including responses to inquiries you initiate, intake follow-ups, and appointment or consultation confirmations. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not perform third-party lead generation.
- How you opt in: You consent to receive messages by contacting a participating law firm (for example, by calling or texting the firm) or by submitting a form that includes clear opt-in language. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to your number.
- For help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@godeepr.ai.
- Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Not for emergencies: Do not use the messaging service for emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Privacy: Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. AI disclosure and recorded calls
When Convos answers a call, it identifies itself as an AI agent and discloses that the line is recorded, before collecting intake facts. By continuing the call, you consent to the recording. If you object to being recorded, Convos will follow the firm's fallback (such as transferring you to a person, taking a voicemail, or providing the firm's direct line). Because the automated voice service must process call audio to function, there is no recording-free automated intake mode.
5. No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
The Service collects intake information and routes inquiries. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Convos or, by itself, between you and any law firm. Any AI-generated summaries, qualification results, and transcripts are probabilistic operational drafts subject to a licensed attorney's independent review. Nothing said by Convos is a legal opinion, a determination of any deadline or statute of limitations, or a guarantee of representation.
AI outputs; accuracy and human review. Because the Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning, which are probabilistic by nature, its outputs — including transcripts, AI-generated summaries, qualification results, and routing or urgency flags — may be incomplete or inaccurate, or may not reflect what was actually said. You must not rely on any output as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional judgment, and you must not use any output as the sole basis for any legal, eligibility, conflict, deadline, or representation decision. All outputs are operational drafts subject to a licensed attorney's independent review.
Transcription accuracy. Automated speech-to-text may misrecognize names, dates, dollar amounts, deadlines, and other details. Intake facts should be verified against the call recording before they are relied upon. Convos does not warrant that transcripts or summaries are accurate or complete.
6. Customer responsibilities (law firms)
If you use the Service to handle intake for your firm, you are solely responsible for: the legal accuracy and bar compliance of the scripts, disclosures, reassurance language, and qualification criteria you author or approve; obtaining any consents required for your callers; your own privacy and professional-conduct obligations (including conflicts checking and privilege); and your lawful use of the Service. Convos provides configurable software that executes the content you approve and does not author legal text or render legal advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent messages; send marketing or promotional messages through a program registered as conversational or customer-care; conduct third-party lead generation or any prohibited messaging content category; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or disable the Service, in whole or part, if we reasonably believe continued operation would violate law, breach these Terms, or cause harm.
8. Fees
Fees for law-firm customers are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or order. Except as required by law or stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable. Use of the website itself is free.
9. Intellectual property
Convos owns all rights in the Service, including Convos, the underlying code and architecture, the qualification logic and its structure, the platform prompts and tooling, and the dashboards. Customers receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during their term and acquire no ownership in the platform. As between Convos and a law firm, the firm owns its own caller-facing scripts, reassurance language, the legal constants it ratifies, and its Caller Data, as described in the firm's Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete. The Service relies on third-party telephony, speech, messaging, and cloud providers, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures originating with those upstream providers or with mobile carriers.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST CASES, LOST DATA, OR LOST GOODWILL. EXCEPT WHERE A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT PROVIDES OTHERWISE, CONVOS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID CONVOS FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). For law-firm customers, the liability terms of the signed Service Agreement control instead of this Section.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convos and its owner, members, and personnel from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or instructions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. For law-firm customers, the indemnification terms of the signed Service Agreement control instead of this Section.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful use, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. (For a law-firm customer with a signed Service Agreement, the governing-law and venue terms of that agreement control instead.)
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliated entity, including a Delaware entity into which the Convos business is reorganized.
