SMS Consent Policy

    This page describes how Convos by Deepr Labs LLC ("Convos", "we", "us") handles SMS (text message) consent for people who interact with the Convos marketing website at convos.godeepr.ai and, once carrier registration is approved, for messages sent as part of the Convos AI intake service on behalf of law-firm customers.

    Status: Outbound SMS pending carrier approval

    Outbound business SMS in the United States requires A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration with the mobile carriers. Convos and Deepr Labs are currently completing that registration. Until it is approved, we do not send outbound marketing or transactional SMS from Convos-owned numbers. When we begin sending SMS, we will only do so under the terms below.

    What consent covers

    If you check the SMS consent box on a Convos form (for example the Contact form), you agree that Convos by Deepr Labs may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, demo, or account. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any product, demo, or information from us. You can submit any form and complete any demo without opting in to SMS.

    What we send

    • Replies to your inquiry
    • Demo confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups you asked for
    • Onboarding and account-related messages if you become a customer

    Message frequency varies based on your activity. We do not sell your number, do not use your number for third-party marketing, and do not enroll you in bulk marketing campaigns without a separate, clearly labeled opt-in.

    Standard rates and opt-out

    Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. To stop messages at any time, reply STOP to any Convos SMS. To get help, reply HELP or email hello@godeepr.ai.

    Messages sent by law-firm customers using Convos

    Once Convos supports outbound SMS for law-firm customers, each firm is the sender of record for messages sent through its own configured number. Firms are responsible for their own consent capture, disclosures, and opt-out handling for the individuals they contact. Convos provides tooling (consent capture, STOP/HELP handling, audit logging) but is not the sender of those messages.

    Data we retain

    For messages we send or receive under this policy, we retain the phone number, message content, consent record (timestamp and the exact consent text shown), and delivery status. This data is used to operate the service, honor opt-outs, and respond to carrier or regulatory inquiries. See our Privacy Policy for full details on retention, deletion, and your rights.
