Sofia AI Intake plans start at $900/month for Intake Starter, $1,400/month for Intake Growth, and $1,900/month for Intake Pro. Each plan includes a base allowance of Sofia AI minutes. Implementation starts at $1,500. Custom integrations are scoped and quoted separately. Optional add-ons like Connect, calendar booking, Spanish intake, and practice-management integrations are quoted separately.
Sofia AI minutes cover the time Sofia is actively engaged on a call — inbound intake, outbound follow-up, warm transfers, and call-backs handled by the AI. Additional Sofia minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate. Human-call minutes under the Connect add-on are counted separately.

Overage rates get lower as you move up tiers, so the next plan becomes the better deal as your volume grows.
