Privacy Policy

    Convos by Deepr Labs LLC Last updated: June 29, 2026

    Convos by Deepr Labs LLC ("Convos," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Convos AI voice-and-text intake service and the website at convos.godeepr.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when and with whom we share it, and the choices available to you.

    We take privacy seriously because our customers are law firms and the people who contact them, and the information involved is often sensitive. If you have questions, contact us at hello@godeepr.ai.

    1. Our two roles (please read this first)

    Convos handles information in two distinct roles:

    (a) As a business (data controller). For information about our own website visitors, prospective customers, and law-firm account holders — such as contact details and billing information — Convos decides how that information is used and is the responsible party.

    (b) As a service provider to law firms (data processor). When a caller phones or texts a law firm that uses Convos, we capture and process that conversation on behalf of and under the instructions of that law firm. The call audio, transcripts, summaries, message content, and intake facts ("Caller Data") belong to the law firm, not to Convos. The law firm is the party responsible for that information and for its own privacy obligations to its clients and prospects. Convos acts only as the firm's bounded operational vendor.

    This distinction matters: we do not own, sell, rent, or market Caller Data, and we do not use it to build a profile of any individual for our own purposes.

    2. Information we collect

    From website visitors and prospective customers: name, email address, firm name, phone number, and anything you submit through a contact or demo-request form; plus standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

    From law-firm customers (account data): account and billing contact information, configuration settings, and usage records (such as call minutes and message counts).

    From callers and message recipients (Caller Data, processed for the law firm): the phone number you call from or text; the audio of the call and its recording; transcripts and AI-generated summaries; the content of text messages you send and receive; and the intake details you provide (for example, the nature of your inquiry, dates, and contact information). Recording-consent and opt-in records are also retained as described in Sections 6 and 8.

    We do not intentionally collect more than is needed to operate the intake service for the law firm.

    3. How we use information

    We use information to:

    • answer, route, and respond to calls and texts on behalf of the law firm;
    • transcribe, summarize, and organize intake conversations for the firm's review;
    • schedule consultations and send service-related confirmations and follow-ups;
    • operate, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Service;
    • communicate with our law-firm customers about their account and billing; and
    • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

    We do not use Caller Data for advertising, and we do not sell it. See Section 7 for our commitment regarding AI model training.

    4. Text messaging (SMS) program and consent

    This section governs text messages sent through the Service. Our messaging program is conversational and service-related — for example, responses to inquiries you initiate, appointment and consultation confirmations, and intake follow-ups requested by the law firm. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts, and we do not engage in third-party lead generation.

    Consent. You receive texts only after you contact a participating law firm or otherwise opt in (for example, by submitting a form that includes clear opt-in language, or by texting the firm's number first). Consent is specific to the law firm you contacted and is not transferred or sold to anyone else.

    Carrier and rate disclosure. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

    Opt-out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will stop sending messages to your number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@godeepr.ai.

    No sharing of your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-messaging service (such as our telephony provider) solely to the extent needed to deliver messages. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or technical operations, under confidentiality and only to operate the program.

    Your use of the messaging program is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.

    5. Cookies and analytics

    Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use these tools to share your mobile information for marketing.

    6. How we share information

    We share information only as described here:

    • Service providers / subprocessors. We use trusted third parties to deliver the Service — currently for telephony and messaging, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, voice runtime, scheduling, email delivery, and cloud and AI processing. They may access information only to perform services for us and are contractually bound to confidentiality and to the no-training and no-marketing commitments in this Policy. A current list of subprocessors is available at https://convos.godeepr.ai/subprocessors.
    • At the direction of the law firm. Because Caller Data belongs to the law firm, we deliver it to the firm and follow the firm's reasonable instructions for it.
    • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
    • Business transfer. If Convos is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganization (including reorganization into a successor or Delaware entity), information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

    We never sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile information or opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

    7. AI model training and data use

    Customer conversation data is used to provide and improve Convos, subject to this Privacy Policy, customer agreements, and vendor data-processing terms. Any use beyond operating and improving the Service for that firm uses only aggregated, de-identified data from which neither the firm nor its callers can reasonably be identified. Vendor data-handling and retention settings are configured to protect customer information; see the Subprocessors list for our current vendors and their applicable terms.

    8. Data retention

    We retain account and Caller Data for as long as needed to provide the Service and as instructed by the law firm. On termination of a firm's service, the firm may request export or deletion of its Caller Data within 30 days; if no request is made within 90 days after termination, we securely purge native caller audio and raw transcripts.

    Compliance records. We retain consent and compliance records — including text-messaging opt-in records, per-call recording-consent records, and disclosure transcripts — for at least four (4) years as required by law and to defend against statutory claims, even after other data is deleted.

    9. Data security

    We maintain commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us and to support our law-firm customers' confidentiality obligations.

    10. Confidentiality and attorney-client context

    Convos operates as a confidential, bounded vendor for law-firm intake. We do not provide legal advice, do not form an attorney-client relationship with callers, and do not control or guarantee the preservation of attorney-client privilege — the law firm remains responsible for all privilege determinations. Convos collects intake facts and routes them to the firm; the firm makes all legal decisions.

    11. Your choices and rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Because much of the information we process is Caller Data owned by a law firm, requests about that data may need to be directed to the relevant firm; we will assist the firm in responding. For information we control, or to exercise any right, contact hello@godeepr.ai.

    12. Children's privacy

    The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    13. Changes to this Policy

    We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected promptly.
