Is AI legal intake compliant with TCPA and state consent laws?
Published by Convos by Deepr Labs·Updated
Convos ships TCPA-aligned consent prompts before recording and supports one-party and two-party consent flows by state. Firms remain the data controller and set retention, deletion, and disclosure rules.
Every call begins with an AI disclosure and a recording-consent prompt configured to the firm's jurisdiction. Two-party consent states get the two-party language; one-party states get the shorter script.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer conversations are handled according to our privacy policy, customer agreements, and vendor data-processing terms. Convos is not currently certified to SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS — the platform is designed for law-firm intake, not protected health information.
